Preventing Falls

Each year, millions of adults ages 65 and older fall. People with disabilities are also at high risk.

Falls can cause moderate to severe injuries, such as hip fractures and head traumas, and can increase the risk of early death.

Fortunately, falls are preventable!

Therapists from EvergreenHealth Rehabilitation Services present these topics on fall prevention, available in the videos below or on the EvergreenHealth YouTube channel.
